| A. The particular entry that you are trying to view is set to "Members Only". |

Q. How do I add someone to my favorites list? |
| A. Just visit their diary, and click "Add to Favorites" which is located on the right side of the screen. |

Q. How do I upload an Avatar? |
| A. Click on "Manage My Diary", which is located under "My Account" on the menu to the right. Then click on "Upload New Avatar". Click on "Browse" to search for the image that you want to upload. Select the image that you want to upload, and click "Update Avatar". |

Q. How do I remove my Avatar? |
| A. Click on "Manage My Diary", which is located under "My Account" on the menu to the right. Then click on "Upload New Avatar". Click on "Update Avatar", and your existing Avatar will be replaced with our "No Avatar" icon. |

Q. How do I block someone from reading my diary? |
| A. To block a diarist, simply visit their diary, and select "Block Diarist" which is located on the right sidemenu. To unblock a diarist, simply go to "My Block List" which is located on the right sidemenu. You can then select "Manage Blocked Users". From here, you can remove diarists from your block list. |

Q. I blocked someone from reading my diary, why can I not read theirs? |
| A. When you block a user, it also blocks you from viewing their diary. |
